School Based Behavioral Health
The SBBH Team Program is a mental health program designed for youth ages 5 to 13 years who are experiencing social, emotional, and or behavioral difficulties that impair their ability to function in school and other settings. Provides a "clinical home" for youth and families, ensuring that services are accessible, coordinated across child serving systems, integrated with school interventions, and comprehensive in nature. The SBBH Team is based in the school but delivers services to the child and family in the school, home and community settings. By acting as the single point of contact for children and families, the team will assume clinical responsibility for treatment interventions, coordination of care and case management activities.
