Offers an after school program for teens that seeks to educate and empower high school youth living in the Homewood-Brushton community of Pittsburgh through a seamless integration of curriculum-based arts programming, leadership development, academic support, and service learning experiences.

Provides students with individualized lesson plans to determine each child's level of inclusion. Offers special resource room support.

Campus and community based residential treatment, including specialized programs and schools for individuals with autism; sexual responsibility programs for males, special education programs including day school programs, treatment family program, community integration and employment programs.

Brings together family and friends to support and help parents and caregivers develop a plan for the future of their family. Helps youth to take responsibility for their actions and gives families decision-making power in issues that affect them. Provides trained facilitators to provide a safe space to ensure every voice is heard to:
A) Enable youth to take control of their own lives
B) Help youth to create a hopeful plan for the future
C) Build collaborative relationships with service providers

The SBBH Team Program is a mental health program designed for youth ages 5 to 13 years who are experiencing social, emotional, and or behavioral difficulties that impair their ability to function in school and other settings. Provides a "clinical home" for youth and families, ensuring that services are accessible, coordinated across child serving systems, integrated with school interventions, and comprehensive in nature. The SBBH Team is based in the school but delivers services to the child and family in the school, home and community settings. By acting as the single point of contact for children and families, the team will assume clinical responsibility for treatment interventions, coordination of care and case management activities.

Provides comprehensive services for adults, including Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient Programs, Medication Assisted Treatment, and Certified Recovery Specialist support. Offers unique Partial Hospitalization Programs with integrated mental health and substance use care. Delivers specialized services for adolescents, including school-based programs and family sessions. Conducts walk-in and mobile assessments for immediate support.

Uses basketball as a gathering point of recreation, education, and career opportunities for growth and sustained success for community youth. Connects participants to resources and information to help fulfill their needs and goals. Provides wraparound support services at partnered schools and in the community.

The SAP team will contact parents to get permission for students to be seen by the counselor.
If permission is given, the counselor will meet with your student to get some background information and complete an assessment. The counselor will provide a diagnosis and work with you to develop a treatment plan.

Provides school-based prevention program that provides goal-oriented mental health services to elementary-aged students. Created to address barriers to learning at the elementary level. Services may be provided individually, within the classroom, and within groups, based on the needs of the student.
