Offers breast feeding education and support to pregnant and postpartum women through individual and group sessions. Provides practical advice and encouragement to breastfeeding mothers in their homes, on-site at Congreso, at local health centers, and by telephone.

Provides parenting education to teen and adult parents to improve parenting skills. Utilizes the Nurturing Parent curriculum, as well as evidence-based trauma coursework. Groups run in cycles. Classes are currently being held virtually. Offers afternoon, evening, and weekend sessions.

Offers physical examinations, pediatric services, immunizations, women’s health services, family planning services, pregnancy testing, STD testing and treatment, HIV and AIDS testing and treatment, nutrition services, and a phlebotomy laboratory onsite.

Provides trauma informed, culturally relevant services to victims of crime residing in the East Division in Philadelphia. Services include telephone and in-person crisis counseling, ongoing case management, information and assistance in filing victims compensation claims, court accompaniment, legal advocacy, relocation support, and linkage to community resources.

Provides a 24/7 hotline which provides supportive counseling, assistance with creating a safety plan with clients, and connection to other resources such as DV counseling locations and shelter availability.

Provides a comprehensive network of education, health, and parenting support services designed to assist pregnant and parenting teens in completing their education and becoming self-sufficient.

Provides community-based prevention services with the goal of diverting families from entering into formal child welfare services. Services include strength and needs assessment; identification and implemention of problem-solving interventions; and when appropriate, advocacy, arrangement, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of support services to meet client families' needs.

Offers free, confidential, and voluntary counseling and advocacy for victims and survivors of domestic violence, including children who have witnessed domestic violence and teens experiencing domestic violence. Services include individual counseling, domestic violence education, wekkly support groups, linkages to legal services, emergency relocation and rental/housing assistance, and referrals to community resources.

Provides free rapid HIV testing via mobile unit or onsite, free HIV home testing kits,
linkage to low T threshold health screenings,
health & HIV education workshops (in-person and virtual), support services for people who inject drugs at risk of contracting HIV, free safer sex kits (condoms, etc), and health literature.

Helps community members attain public assistance benefits such as food stamps (SNAP), rent and utilities payment assistant, and income support. Services include short-term case management, connection to energy conservation and utility assistance programs, utility reconnection programs, public benefits navigation, connection to legal and immigration assistance programs, and linkage to community resources.

Offers high school juniors and seniors the opportunity to earn 12 college credits through Penn State University at Abington by the time they graduate from high school. Students can take up to 4 college courses including Introduction To Psychology, Adolescent Development, Introdctopm to Sociology, and Introduction to Disability Culture. Also offers a summer immersion program which provides a comprehensive college experience.

Provides the education and resources for persons to secure CDL-A driver’s licenses, including 8-10 weeks of mandatory instruction. Offers classes on a monthly basis. Also offers intensive case management support to all students in an effort to remediate barriers that may negatively impact graduation success and prevent family crisis situations.

Serves as a hub for adult learners seeking adult education classes. Classes offered include English as Second Language (ESL), GED preparation in English and Spanish, computer skills, and various training or certification courses.

Provides free year-round education, employment, and empowerment services in Philadelphia for youth and young adults ages 16 to 24 who are out of school or work. Helps young people take the next step toward a career through holistic, individualized educational, employment, and empowerment support. Offers classes are in-person Monday through Friday, in morning and afternoon sessions.

Allows students to earn fully-accredited Associates degrees in one of these majors: Animal Center Management, Behavioral Health Science, Business Management, Criminal Justice, Early Childhood Education, and Human Services. Offers evening classes two nights per week. No SAT required.

Provides training and instruction required to obtain the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) certification and for a career in emergency medical services. Includes lab work, crisis communication training, mental health first aid training, professional development workshops, study sessions, and career exposure. Holds classes 3 days per week at All-State Career School and 2 days a week at Congreso's Education & Training Center. Program is full-time and runs 12 weeks.

Prepares students for employment in the human services field. Provides training and classroom instruction in how to apply the Strengths-based approach when providing services to clients and families. Also provides professional development workshops, mentoring, digital literacy training, 10-week professional development pre-apprenticeship, and other apprenticeship opportunities.

Offers a free certification training and employment program in healthcare professions. Provides an eight-week training course for earning national certification in Phlebotomy and Medical Assistance. Classes are five days per week with a mix of lecture and lab work covering clinical and administrative skills needed for employment at hospitals, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, blood banks, health care clinics, urgent care sites, and other healthcare centers.

Provides free, public access to computers and the Internet. Users can print up to 5 black and white pages daily.
