As PA 211’s Website and Technology Coordinator, Sam is responsible for assisting with database management, website upkeep, setting up new technology solutions, designing and documenting information workflows, maintaining system performance, and collaborating with regional stakeholders to determine project needs and ensure the implementation of best practices.
Prior to joining PA 211, Sam attended Lebanon Valley College and worked as an AV and IT Technician. This job instilled in Sam a love of helping people through collaborative problem-solving, as well as skills for empowering people to make full use of the technological solutions available to them.
Sam completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer & Data Science, a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Creative Writing, and a Master of Science degree in Intelligence & Security Studies.
