Emily’s professional background includes over 25 years in higher education administration. She began her time with United Way of Pennsylvania in 2018 as the Special Projects Manager for PA 211, then moved into the role of Quality Assurance Director for the Pennsylvania statewide system.
In her current role as Vice President of PA 211, Emily is responsible for providing executive leadership for the statewide 211 operations, facilitating the attainment of strategic goals and initiatives, supporting regional partners in the delivery of 211 services, and building collaborative and sustainable relationships with community based organizations and others to foster awareness and support of 211.
She completed her Bachelor’s degree at Westminster College, her Master’s at Kent State University, and her Doctorate at the University of Pittsburgh.
