Ontrack: program is designed to lower a customer's monthly payment while PPL forgives a portion of the back debt upon compliance with the program. Proof of income required. Must be a PPL customer, and must not exceed 150% of the poverty guidelines.
Operation Help: One time grant for individuals with special hardships in paying their electric bills. Funds are provided by PPL which requires the family be a PPL customer and have an income under the 200% of the poverty guideline.

UGI CAP and Operation Share: Help with past due gas utility bills. CAP offers a lower bill based on income and usage for households at or below 150% of federal poverty guidelines.
