Eligibility: Westmoreland County households who are obligated to pay rent on a residential dwelling AND:

Have a total income at or below 80% of the area median income (AMI) in which one or more individuals has qualified for unemployment or experienced a reduction in income, incurred significant costs, or experienced other financial hardship due, directly or indirectly, to the COVID-19 outbreak.

Eligibility criteria are subject to change.

Landlords are able to apply on behalf of tenants, but the tenants must provide information and documentation to participate in the process.

Eligibility: A) Must be at/or below the 50% Area Median Income and have a notice to quit as proof of lateness or court-ordered eviction paperwork
B) Homeless and At-Risk of homelessness individuals residing in the Chambersburg Area School District
