Six shelter rooms for single parents, referred by CHART and verified homeless. Case management consists of budgeting, housing, employment, mental health referrals, childcare referrals and any additional services that are needed for the client to move out.

Twelve Single Room Occupancy (SRO), section 8 for female identified, both verified homeless and referred by CHART. Income based permanent housing.

20 rooms private pay. Rent is based on fair market value, however if rent is more that half of the person's income the tenant will only pay 50% of their income. Single female identifying persons may apply in person or online.
