Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services (BHRS), also called referred to often as "wraparound," is a process designed to improve the lives of children and adolescents with complex psychological or behavioral needs. It is not a specific program or protocol. Therapy is available seven days a week and becomes part of the daily routine. The process starts with the building of a team comprised of persons from multiple systems collaborating together to develop and carry out an individualized treatment plan. The team includes highly-trained mental health professionals, support staff, family members and when possible, the child, among other persons involved with the consumer's care. This may include educators, daycare centers or other caretakers, case managers, and others. Services are available in the home, community, and/or the educational setting.

Provides residential placement for adolescents and adults who have intellectual disabilies. Staff assists residents with their personal care and with training in the areas of independent living and socialization.

Provides information, referral, and follow-along services to persons with disabilities and their families from Beaver, Butler and Lawrence Counties.

Provides men, women, and young adults with peer specialists who have experienced some of the same challenges they are facing. Focuses on living with mental health or substance abuse disorders, rather than being overcome by them. Mentors clients on self-care and resiliency skills, setting achievable goals, building on personal strengths, and making informed decisions.
