    Caring Center
Philadelphia - Caring Center - School Age Program
A school-aged child's most precious commodity outside of school is time with friends. The goal is to channel that time into a group experience that fosters creativity, independence and self-confidence. We believe in creating an environment that stimulates social, emotional, cognitive and physical growth by focusing on the values of respect and cooperation.

We believe that during after-school hours, children should be able to spend time with friends, pursue their own interests, to explore new activities, to relax and to have fun! Library visits, cooking, arts and crafts, theater projects, music, sports, computer literacy and creative writing are all included in the program. During the course of the afternoon, children have time for imaginary games, reading, chatting, playing and homework.
