All aides are trained in accordance with the guidelines of the PA Dept of Health. Staff must go through background checks. Caregivers are screened for tuberculosis and are certified in CPR. All aides are insured and bonded and covered by workers compensation.

Offers peer-led programs that provide free mental health education, skills training, and support from trained NAMI volunteers. Offers programs for adults; adult caregivers to children, youth, and young adults; and civilian and military families. Programs may include presentations, discussions, interactive exercises, and/or online on-demand content.

Provides a safe inclusive space where children can explore their creativity, socialize with peers, and engage in activities that promote cognitive and emotional development. Connects families with essential services and resources, including therapy options, educational support, and community programs. Provides parent-to-parent training, IEP training, Autism training, ADHD training, Special Needs training, kids at play, paint and play, and family discussions.

Provides non-skilled home health care services. Services include personal care, such as help with bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and assistance with mobility. Trained caregivers focus on promoting independence, improving quality of life, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the clients, all while offering a personalized care plan tailored to each individual's needs.
