BHRS provides clinical, child-centered, family-focused care for children with an autism spectrum disorder diagnosis. Services for children and their families assist them in developing new skills and coping mechanisms. Services are provided on a one-to-one basis by culturally competent staff either in the child's home, school, daycare center or community.

YAPâs rehabilitative process is focused on guiding families to realize practical, achievable options for optimum family living through a solid understand the diagnosis as well as resiliency through empowerment. The service currently works with roughly 120 youth and families.

Provides Behavioral Health, Mental Health, Truancy, Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities, Preventive Services, Respite, Advocacy, Transitional Living, Community Service, OVR, PETS, Supported Employment.

Youth Advocate Programs offer behavioral health wraparound services for children and adolescents by providing intensive in home and community based, non-residential services. The program offers Behavioral Consultant Services, Behavioral Health Technician (BHT), and Mobile Therapy in the home, school, and community.

Youth Advocate Program (YAP) offers a Behavioral Health Program that serves children and families in the home, school and the community. YAP offers a Behavioral Specialist Consultant, Mobile Therapist and/or Therapeutic Staff Support Services to work as a team with the family, school, other agencies, etc.

Develops and offers community-based alternatives for children and youth at highest risk of out-of home placement. Licensed provider of behavioral health services, offering a full spectrum of individualized, family-focused support and services to youth and families with various psychological and emotional needs.

Contracts with county mental health systems, Managed Care Organizations (MCOâs), and private insurers to provide both fee for service and case rate Medicaid services. Provides BHRS (Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services)/IBHS (Intensive Behavioral Health Services) mental health services as well as respite care services for ages 2 to 21. Offers early Intervention and special instruction services, which provides 1-on-1 support for ages 0 to 3.

Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services (BHRS) encompasses several types of direct services that meet the needs of children and teens from 0-21 years of age. Most services for children 0-school are provided to children with Autism Spectrum disorders, other developmental disorders, and/or trauma-related disorders of childhood. Services include mobile therapy, behavioral specialist consultation, and therapeutic staff support. All BHRS is funded through the PA HealthChoices program.
