Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services (BHRS), also called referred to often as "wraparound," is a process designed to improve the lives of children and adolescents with complex psychological or behavioral needs. The Sexual Assault Prevention and Counseling Center provides a Volunteer Advocate Training for individuals interested in becoming hotline volunteers.
