Home Repair Loans, Mortgage Refinancing Assistance, Property Tax Assistance, and Homestead Exemption Help. Holds Pre-Purchase Workshops the third Thursday of every month.

Philadelphia - Tenant Self-Help Classes

Offers a free Tenants' Rights workshop to educate tenants about their legal rights and responsibilities. It is held at TAG's office. Also offers a Court Preparation Class (Eviction Defense) every Tuesday and Thursday at 9:00am at Municipal Court.
