Donations of some construction materials and vehicles are accepted. Vehicles which cannot be used, will be sold through www.carsforhomes.org. Volunteer opportunities are also available.

plumbing, leaks in the roof, overcrowding (three to a bedroom), unsafe
or unsanitary conditions.

Lancaster Lebanon Habitat for Humanity - Sweat Equity Program
Habitat builds, renovates and repairs homes in partnership with households in Lancaster and Lebanon Counties whose income is too low to qualify for FHA or conventional mortgages or loans. Homes are sold to participating families at no profit with no to low interest mortgages. Families are required to contribute sweat equity hours, which are based upon the scope of the project. This includes working on the build/repair site, taking financial literacy and home maintenance classes and entering a mentorship program. Much of the labor and materials for Habitat projects is donated, keeping the purchase price of the homes affordable. Habitat is not an emergency housing provider.

must have a steady income to pay their mortgage. They serve people
whose income is between 30% to 60% of the Greater Lycoming County
Area's median income.
