Healthy Weight Management and Bariatric Surgery

A specialized inpatient program for individuals who are living with an eating disorders. Most patients spend an average of 2-4 weeks in the program

Offers individual/group therapy, support groups, training/counseling. Provides a non-dieting intervention program for treatment of eating disorders. Eating with Awareness Training classes, Body Image/Awareness classes, weight management and nutrition counseling.

Offers a fellowship to share experience, strength, and hope, while recovering from compulsive overeating.

Wellness Center offers community health education programs including nutrition and weight management, diabetes. CPR and first aid, tobacco cessation, senior exercise programs and community health outreach.

Family Practice that focuses on providing family health care.

Provides 24 hour emergency care.

An individualized treatment opportunity to help overcome the normal cravings associated with nicotine withdrawal.

Offers an evaluation to individuals who have violated Department of Transportation (DOT) drug and alcohol regulations as well as non-DOT employees. The service facilitates the placement of an employee into an appropriate treatment or educational program.
