Our Shout Outreach program is a prevention and recovery support program for those at risk of HIV and/or Hepatitis C in Erie County, PA. Shout/Outreach provides confidential HIV testing free of charge and works to educate community members on topics that include STDs and communicable diseases, safety and prevention, and emotional skill building.

Offers free mammogram screenings to eligible adults (women and men). Funding is available for further diagnostic mammograms, if medically indicated
