Allows individuals with lifelong disabilities to set aside resources without impacting their eligibility for government benefits such as SSI and Medicaid. Funds held in trust are used to improve the beneficiary's quality of life. Common uses of trust funds include transportation costs, counseling/therapy, medical expenses, clothing, and computer and electronic equipment.

Offers transit services at a reduced rate for adults age 65+ and persons with disabilities ages 18 to 64. Also provides services to Medicaid recipients through the Medical Assistance Transportation Program (MATP) for transportation to and from medical appointments, pharmacies to pick up prescriptions, and medical-related equipment providers if Medicaid pays for those expenses.

Funds applied to non-medical bills such as rent, mortgage, utilities, groceries and household expenses, transportation and gas, home and vehicle modifications, specialty medical equipment, childcare expenses for siblings, and funeral expenses.

Offers vendor transportation or mileage reimbursement to help you get to medical care or services from a Medical Assistance provider. Required to provide individuals with the least expensive, most appropriate transportation service available that will meet needs.

Services can be used to go to medical appointments or to get to any service Medical Assistance pays for. These medical services include: medical and dental visits, trips to the pharmacy to get prescriptions, mental health treatment, drug & alcohol treatment, and trips to medical equipment suppliers.
