Offers museum exhibits, group tours, family craft days, supplemental activities for homeschooling programs, and classes in open hearth cooking, squirrel tail oven baking, spinning and weaving, quilting, and herb gardening.

CHALC is an umbrella organization that provides services to homeschoolers and home school support groups across Lancaster County. Publishes a newsletter listing activities and events for home schooling parents and children. Offers insurance for support groups and their activities. Offers informational seminars and a home school graduation ceremony.

Provides recreational activities including aerobics, swimming, gymnastics; arts and crafts; school-age child care; camps; homeschool programs; youth exercise; and teen free weight training.
