Provides crisis placement via motel vouchers for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Also serves individuals and families fleeing violence.
Eligibility: Westmoreland County residents experiencing homelessness or fleeing violence.
Hours: Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Fairless Hills - Those In Need
Provides emergency financial assistance for individuals in financial crisis, including: emergency shelter at a local motel, move-in assistance, prescriptions, legal documents, gas, and minor car repairs. Also provides transportation in Lower Bucks to various mental health and doctor's appointments, food pantries, grocery stores, thrift stores, laundromat, and BCOC for a shower.

Easton - ASSIST
Provides information, referral, case support, shelter and other material supports to low income households, enabling those individuals and families to avoid increasing disruption to health, welfare, educational and economic advancement.
Emergency service vouchers include:
* Interfaith Food Pantry
* Home heating fuel for seniors (age 60+)
* Prescription Assistance
* Eye exams and glasses
* Legal identification documents
* Second hand furniture (Easton residents only)
* Rental assistance: One month of rent. Documentation of income, circumstances leading to income lose or increase in expenses and proof of sustainability (Operates on a waiting list)
* Emergency shelter vouchers available if all requirements are met: 1) client(s) must be eligible for a shelter bed 2) all shelter bed(s) are full 3) a verifiable plan is in place for where the client(s) will go when leaving shelter

Administrative Office - Families/Singles - Permanent Supportive Housing
FCSDC partners with the Office of Behavioral Health and the Delaware County Housing Authority to provide housing vouchers to persons experiencing homelessness. Through various housing processes with the Continuum of Care and Coordinated Entry, homeless singles and families are identified and referred to FCSDC to identify safe and affordable housing.

SAM - Schuylkill - Motel Vouchers
In case of homelessness, when there are no other options, a motel voucher will be provided for a one or two night stay at a local motel. Applicants must agree to return to Service Access and Management for long term housing planning and assistance. In cases where children are involved, Service Access and Management, Inc. will immediately report the case to Children and Youth Services prior to issuing a motel voucher.

A federally funded assistance program, that provides a one (1) month mortgage or a one (1) month metered utility payment or vendor minimum delivery amount of a non-metered utility (wood, oil or propane if the primary heat source). This service may also allow for hotel/motel vouchers in order to provide shelter to homeless individuals. Sullivan County households can be assisted once a year through this program while funds are available and on a first come first serve basis.

Likewise, pass through travelers incurring an emergency may inquire from the Schuylkill Haven or PA State Police about overnight lodging and food.
