As well as overcome other obstacles of navigating care, including access to physical and behavioral healthcare, treatment for SUD, transportation, and connection to community resources. Enrolled individuals will receive case management for a period up to 2 years by a master’s level social worker (BHCM) and a certified recovery specialist (CRS).

Provides prenatal and early childhood nurse home visitation for first-time mothers during pregnancy and until the child is two years old. A free program especially for women who are pregnant with their first baby. Participants can enroll early on in their pregnancy up to the 28th week. A specialized maternal/child nurse visits clients at home during pregnancy and may continue until the baby turns two years old, providing education and support in childbirth and childcare.

Provides paid, part-time work, with free on-site child care. Employees are trained in making gift baskets and a variety of gift items.
