Offers 1 to 72-hour short-term respite care for children ages birth through six years old. Serves as a 24-hour hotline for families in crisis. Prevents child abuse and neglect through respite, support, education, and counseling services. Seeks volunteers.

Provides individual and family therapy for sexual abuse victims up to age 17. Group therapy is available for the 3-10 age group. Parent counseling is mandatory if the child is in family therapy. Evaluations and diagnosis is also available.

Offers services to survivors of child sexual abuse, including individual therapy, group therapy, and art therapy.

Family Based Services provides 32 weeks of intensive community and home-based therapy and support for children and adolescents (up to age 21) with emotional and behavioral issues and their families. Children and adolescents using this program are typically at-risk for out-of-home placement so focus is placed on working with the family to successfully maintain the child in the home.

Wrap Around, also known as Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services (BHRS), is a community-based, empowerment approach for families of children and adolescents (birth to age 21) with emotional and/or behavioral difficulties.

Provides legal services to low-income people with disabilities and to the deaf and hard of hearing in most areas of civil law including: child custody, child support, protection from abuse, landlord-tenant, divorce (no-fault), debt collection, Medicaid, Medicare, increasing access to healthcare, simple wills, living wills, and power of attorney.

Individual and family counseling services address the following areas of concern to children and parents: mental health and substance abuse counseling for at risk youth and families experiencing emotional, behavioral or situational difficulties related to family functioning, child or youth behavior, school attendance, substance use, and adolescent pregnancy issues.

Provides free legal services to low-income Philadelphians in areas of family violence and/or child abuse, child custody, child and spousal support and divorce. Special programs for Latina, Asian, and deaf survivors of family violence and teen mothers.

We provide individual, group, and family counseling, as well as family support groups. Our trauma therapists utilize Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Prolonged Exposure (PE) which are both evidence-based programs. Offers Parent Child Interaction Therapy, (PCIT); treatment for a young child, ages 2-7 years old, that focuses on enhancing and improving the parent-child relationship. Works with families involved with the child welfare system using a process that brings together the strengths of families outside the courtroom setting to find solutions for children who have come into foster care or are at risk for placement outside the home due to abuse or neglect.

Investigates reports of child abuse, neglect or abandonment; document substantiated cases, works with families who are experiencing a problem with child abuse with the objective of facilitating continued family unification or reunification.

Serves as an outpatient treatment facility for adults and adolescents with drug and alcohol addiction as well as children and teens recovering from trauma or are involved in the child welfare system.
Length of treatment is individually determined, based on goals and progress and includes both individual and group therapy sessions.

Provides a crisis intervention and family education program focusing on families whose children are at “imminent risk of abuse and neglect." Services include out-of- home placement, reunification services, child and family assessments, skill-based interventions, counseling, and helping families access community resources. Services are provided in the family’s home, or related environment depending on the circumstances.

Offers a range of services to children who have been sexually abused. We offer free individual and family therapy, as well as psycho educational and support groups. Additionally, we run the Delaware County Children's Advocacy Center where children referred by Children & Youth Services, law enforcement agencies, or the District Attorney's office are interviewed when abuse is suspected. We provide abuse prevention programs for children, teens, and adults, as well as specialized professional training.

Provides an in-home clinical & case management service designed to eliminate the destructive impact of substance abuse problems within families. Comprehensive and coordinated intensive clinical and case management services are provided to families in which children or adolescents are identified as being at risk of child maltreatment, due to substance abuse issues within the family. Any family member or caregiver may be identified as experiencing a substance use disorder. Primary outcome benefits are alleviation of the risk of abuse and neglect of a child or adolescent and the elimination of substance abuse behaviors for the affected individual.

Provides a child and parent/caregiver psychotherapy approach for children and adolescents who are experiencing significant emotional and behavioral difficulties related to sexual abuse trauma.

Outpatient substance abuse treatment services including medication assisted treatment for detoxification and maintenance for opioid dependence.

Offers information and referral, investigation of abuse or neglect, advocacy, filing of court petitions, crisis counseling, and training in parenting skills.

Offers individual, family, and couples counseling for the treatment of depression, bipolar ,and anxiety disorders as well as stress, PTSD, substance use, or other mental health issues. Christian counseling is available on request.

Provides individual, family, couples, children, and adolescent counseling, education, and consultation through a team of psychologists, professional counselors, clergy, and business consultants. Faith and spirituality may be integrated, if desired by the client.

Provides permanency services to children who have entered out-of-home care. Staff work directly with family members through case management and counseling to resolve the issues leading up to the family’s separation and to ensure the child can return home safely or find permanency through other family members, foster parents, or adoption.
