Offers a variety of loans:
A)Credit Builder Loan up to $2,500
B) Direct Loan $1,000 to $2,500
C) Small Business Loan up to $10,000; Credit Line up to $20,000; Expansion Loan up to $50,000; and Real Estate Loan for Business Property up to $350,000.

Agency is certified as an SBA pre-qualification and Low Doc agency. The process results in a pre-approval letter from the SBA if approved. WORC will complete the loan packaging and work with the applicant to present it to area banks for funding.
