Tribone Center for Clinical Legal Education - Wills and Healthcare Decisions Clinic
Assists low-income clients with Wills, Living Wills, Advance Directives, Memoranda regarding Conduct of Funeral and Burial or Cremation, and Durable Power of Attorney matters.
Eligibility: Individuals with low incomes; call for eligibility determination.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm

Fee Amounts: Services provided free of charge for low-income qualified individuals.
Intake Procedure: Call and give name and phone number. During the summer, clients will be placed on a waitlist and will be contacted in September when students return.
Intake Requirements: Clients will be asked to complete an income verification form.
Geographical Area: Allegheny County
Helpful Tips: Prepares Wills and Powers of Attorneys for the living. Does not work on the estate after someone dies.
