Works in partnership with Children and Youth to provide crisis intervention and family education programs. Also assists them to meet their basic needs.
Eligibility: Families who have children at imminent risk of out-or-home placement and to families who are preparing to be reunified with their children
Foster parents who are in need of assistance to maintain stability with the children that they are caring for
Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 9:30am to 5:00pm
