Provides a voluntary, employment-focused rehabilitation and residential program. Empowers people in recovery from mental illness through living, learning, and working together in the community. Members actively participate in groups, share responsibilities and decision making, and support each other in recovery.

The program is limited to six residents. The goal for each member is to find, get, and keep a job that will help them reach and keep the next level of independence.
Eligibility: Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have:

A) A serious mental illness

B) A need to develop employment and community living skills

C) A desire to work or attend school to develop work-related skills

D) A desire to live independently in the community

E) A desire to work on one or more recovery goals.

F) A to a face-to-face interview with Fairweather Lodge members. The final decision is made by current Lodge members.
