Administrative Headquarters - Property Stabilization
Establishes communication with property owners and provides technical assistance and referral services, including assistance completing applications. Walk through neighborhoods to see problematic properties first-hand, take updated photos, and track progress in real-time. Coordinate code violation remediation and/or do home repair projects with City, URA, and other community partners.
Eligibility: Hilltop resident and homeowner, not behind in taxes. Income 80% below AMI, 18 years and older.

Intake Procedure: Call in and complete intake form or stop in physical location.
Intake Requirements: Proof of Income e.g. paystubs, pension, SSI payments etc. (every household member over 18.)
Geographical Area: Allentown, Arlington, Arlington Heights, Beltzhoover, Bon Air, Carrick, Knoxville, Mount Washington, Mount Oliver City, South Side Slopes, and Saint Clair, as well as Mount Oliver Borough.
