Eligibility: Single adult men age 18+

Geographical Area: Western Montgomery County
Helpful Tips: A county-wide declaration is made when the temperature or the wind chill will drop to 32 degrees Fahrenheit or lower for two hours or more.
Facility/ADA Access: Pennsburg church use annex; not ADA accessible, three steps; use the back entrance
