Offers one-on-one financial counseling at multiple locations. Helps clients take control of their debt, deal with debt collectors, improve their credit, create a budget, increase savings, and connect to financial products.

Please note: this service does NOT offer direct financial assistance for payment of debts.
Eligibility: Allegheny County residents age 18 and older.
Hours: Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
