Virtual Resource - Open Door
Provides rapid rehousing, supportive housing, housing navigation, and related services to improve the health of homeless people living with HIV. Also assists people with criminal backgrounds in finding housing.

Provides representative payee services to individuals who experience housing instability but may not need the additional supports of the housing program. Additional service includes medical transportation, advocacy, empowerment counseling, life skills training, document procurement, housing procurement, nutrition assistance and various other supports.

In-person AND virtual options.
Eligibility: Individuals who are HIV positive and are experiencing homelessness or unstably housed.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
