Provides direction in career exploration, leadership, teambuilding, employability, communication, problem-solving and decision making. Program presents self-sufficiency tools to the youth, ages 14-18, empowering them to take an active role in securing their future career goals by exploring career choices and choosing the right career. Also provides resume writing sessions leading up to mock interviews with professional human resource staff from local businesses.
