Provides a single point of contact for all coordinated entry housing and shelter needs in Montgomery County. Completes intake for services and provides referrals for appropriate housing resources.
Eligibility: Individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness in Montgomery County, regardless of county of last permanent residence.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:15pm
