West Chester - Safari and Teen Camps
Camp Safari is a special place for children between age 4 to 12 to experience outdoor activities regardless of disability. Teen Camp is open to teens age 13 to 19. Camps offer new experiences and fun with peers. Activities including fishing, canoeing, swimming, sports, crafts, and nature study and respite for family members and caregivers.
Camp Safari - August 20th - 24th
Teen Camp June 25th - 28th
Eligibility: Individuals and families of individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism. Must be Chester County resident.
Hours: Administrative hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. Please Call for program hours.

Helpful Tips: Parents of children receiving funding through the Chester County Department of Mental Health/Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities are encouraged to contact their school district or supports coordinators for funding for Camp Safari and Teen Camp. Private pay options are available for children not receiving county or school funding.
