Fee Amounts: Membership is free for those in the service area. Those outside of the service area will be charged $15.00 per family for membership. If you own a library card from another library with the "Access" sticker on it, you are able to receive membership for free.
Intake Procedure: Walk-in.
Intake Requirements: Membership card. Proof of address required when applying for membership.
Geographical Area: Serves Columbia County (Bloomsburg, Hemlock Township, Scott Township)
Helpful Tips: Curbside pick-up available.
