Eligibility: Residents of Bloomsburg, Hemlock Township, and Scott Township.
Hours: Monday through Thursday, 9:00am to 8:00pm; Friday through Saturday, 9:00am to 4:00pm

Fee Amounts: Membership is free for those in the service area. Those outside of the service area will be charged $15.00 per family for membership. If you own a library card from another library with the "Access" sticker on it, you are able to receive membership for free.
Intake Procedure: Walk-in.

Geographical Area: Serves Columbia County (Bloomsburg, Hemlock Township, Scott Township)
