Intake Procedure:
Case Management is available to all eligible drug/alcohol involved
clients who are:
Residents of Bucks County
Experiencing problems directly related to substance abuse/addiction
Eligible for public /county funding
Referred by an Assessment site, Magellan Behavioral Health, Bucks County Drug Court, Bucks County Drug and Alcohol Commission, Inc., and Bucks County social service agencies.
Found to have a need in at least five (5) of twelve (12) service domains
Residents of Bucks County
