Family Based Service Program
Provides intensive therapeutic interventions to help youths with serious emotional health challenges stay with their families and to minimize the need for placement in more restrictive environments such as inpatient or residential settings. The program promotes stabilization of mental health symptoms, provides families the support needed to re-stabilize their home environment. Treatment is done in the home, school or community.
Eligibility: Children and adolescents with serious mental health challenges at risk of out of home placement who are between the ages 4 and 18 and who are in need of intensive treatment and family interventions to prevent out of home placement.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm, Evening by appointment.
