Provides payment to prevent shut off of utility service. Electric, gas, fuel oil, water sewage service.
Eligibility: The individual must have exhausted all other resources and still be unable to pay.
Intake required prior to payment.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 2:00pm

Intake Procedure: Call for an appointment. Salvation Army will call the utility company to make an agreement to keep the utility on and referrals will be made to other agencies and/or programs to assist,
Intake Requirements: Must present a valid picture I.D., current utility bill, and disconnect notice, household income and expenses.
