They establish, modify and enforce orders of support and provide support collection services for children and families in an effective and efficient manner, making prudent use of public resources.
Eligibility: Anyone who has a child in his or her care can file for support against the legal parent or parents: mother, father, relative, agency
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Plaintiff information: SSN for self and children, marriage license or certificate, divorce papers, driver's license or photo id, medical insurance cards
