Creates lead-safe home environments for low-income families with children under age six living in the Ricktown area of the city of Reading and all Boroughs and Townships within the County of Berks
Eligibility: Must own a house built prior to 1978; must have a child or children under the age of six living in the household or spending the majority of their time in the home; total household adjusted gross income cannot be more than maximum Program Income Limits; home may not be federally owned, federally assisted or publicly owned
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
