Lebanon Valley Family YMCA at the VA - Fitness and Wellness
This site of the YMCA is located on the grounds of the VA Medical Center. Facilities and programs include state-of-the-art wellness center featuring life fitness and nautilus equipment, warm water exercise pool, free water fitness classes, swim lessons, post-rehab wellness program, personal training, pool rentals, wellness coaching, indoor basketball court, and a swimming pool. Adult programs include pickleball, badminton, and fencing.

Hours: Monday through Thursday, 5:00am to 8:00pm
Friday, 5:00am to 6:00pm
Saturday, 7:00am to 1:00pm
