Fee Amounts: Pet cats are $60. which includes survery, rabies and feline distempter.
Intake Procedure: Appointments necessary. Email epaaonline2009@gmail.com. Due to high volume, It my take a week or more for reply.
Intake Requirements: To make an appointment will need to provide: Pet owner's name, full address and phone number. Pet's name, breed, age, color, sex. Any medical issues for animal in las 6 months.
Geographical Area: Lackawanna, Luzerne, Monroe, Susquehanna
