The shelter takes in stray or lost animals at no charge and accepts pet animals for a surrender fee. Once the animals are signed over to the shelter the staff takes on the responsibility of finding loving new homes or the owner of those animals that have been lost.
Eligibility: Pets within Clinton County.
Hours: Monday through Friday, noon to 7:00pm
