State College - St. Paul's Shoe Bank
Provides children with a new pair of sneakers. Some used shoes available for both children and adults to take. Boots are available in the winter months on first-come, first-serve basis.
Eligibility: Accepts children up to age 18. Children up to the age of 3 can get new shoes every 3 months. Those aged 3 and above may get a new pair every 6 months. Must be referred by caseworker.
Hours: Saturdays, 9:00am to noon;
The shoe bank is closed on major holiday weekends and during the months of January and July.

Fee Amounts: Services free of charge.
Intake Procedure: Walk-in. Child must be present to try the shoes on to ensure proper fit.
Intake Requirements: Must bring proof of a public assistance medical card or referral slip from any social service agency.

Helpful Tips: Free parking is available in the church lot at Locust Lane and Calder Way on Saturday mornings.

Used shoes and boots in good condition, and in all sizes, can be dropped off during church office hours.
