Danville - Emergency Shelter
Provides emergency housing for men, women and children. Offers support services to assist homeless residents in gaining independence as quickly as possible. Residents actively work with Gate House staff to identify and work toward goals including obtaining employment, securing affordable housing, furthering education and gaining important life skills.
Eligibility: Single adults and families with children experiencing homelessness.
Hours: Monday through Tuesday, 8:00am to 6:00pm; Wednesday through Friday 8:00am to 8:00pm; Saturday through Sunday, noon to 8:00pm

Intake Procedure: Conducts a background check on all referrals. Any one with a serious criminal history, assaults, sexual assaults or related felonies will be referred elsewhere.
