Intake Requirements: Bring ID as proof of all family members and or zip code proof, and know all birthday dates of family members.

Helpful Tips: Elm Park UM Church is Located across for the University of Scranton, Downtown Scranton in Center City located across Expressway from Radisson Hotel. Go to backside of church off Madison Avenue, open glass doors.
