Offers financial assistance for paying utility bills.
Eligibility: Must be renting, (Must state in the lease that interruption of services will result in eviction) must have employment/income (child support is considered income and so is cash assistance but they must have a positive budget), must reside in Blair County.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm

Intake Procedure: Call Blair County community Action, select homeless department, to be placed on the referral list. The utility department will receive the referral. The utility department will call the individual back.
