Provides support to individuals, families, and groups/communities who are victims or witnesses of violent crime and homicide.
Eligibility: Residents of Philadelphia ages five and older who have been the victim of, or witness to, violent crime, as well as the surviving family members of homicide victims.
Hours: Program hours vary, and some services are provided by appointment only.
