Provides financial assistancer for heating, rent, utilities, mortgage, car, medical and prescription expenses and other needs on case by case basis depending on available funding.
Eligibility: Residents of Columbia and Montour counties. Must meet program guidelines and income guidelines. Call for information.
Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm; Thursday, 9:00am to 5:00pm; Wednesday, 10:00am to 4:00pm
