Intake Procedure: To make a referral to the agency, an individual may call directly at 717-228-4430, do an automated referral to Childline at compass.state.pa.us/cwis, or by calling Childline at 800-932-0313.
Intake Requirements: Must meet the definition of abuse or neglect as defined in the Child Protective Services Law
