Reading - Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program
Provides eligible seniors with food checks worth $50 for fresh, nutritious, unprepared, locally grown fruits, vegetables, and herbs from approved farmers' markets in Pennsylvania. Available only in the Summer months on a first-come, first-served basis.
Eligibility: Seniors must be 60 or older by December 31st; Must meet the federal poverty income guidelines: $26,973 1 person in household, $36,482 for 2 people in household
